Cheese Ball Puffs Pat Shenton 2000-12-24 1 stick Butter, softened 1/2 pound extra-sharp Cheddar cheese, grated fine 1/2 tsp Salt 1 1/4 C Flour 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper 1/4 tsp Paprika (for color without too much spice) Soften buttern and mix a bit with grated Cheese. Then add mix of Flour, Salt, Paprika, and Cayenne. Cut together pretty thoroughly and roll into small balls. Bake at 400F for 10 minutes -- don't over-bake.
