Pickled Dilly Beans From Marcia Hortik-Sheehan 2007-08-19 3 Lb Green Beans 1/2 C Dill, fresh, chopped 1 clove Garlic, smashed, per jar 2 C Vinegar, white 2 C Water 4 tsp Sugar 4 Tbs Salt 1/2 tsp Cayenne Boil Vinegar, Water, Sugar, Salt, Cayenne. Fill jars with Beans Add solution. Add Dill and Garlic to each jar. Seal and process 5 minutes.
