Caipirinha Brazilian drink 1 large Lime (or 2 small), cut in quarters or eights 2 tbs Sugar, course crush is optional but nice 3 oz Cachaca (Brazillian sugarcane liquor, somewhat similar to rum) Place Lime in sturdy glass or bowl. Add sugar. Muddle (mash up well with pestle, rolling pin, miniature baseball bat, etc) Pour Cachaca over lime. Shake well. Pour into glasses with ice.
